WHO IS ANDREW STORMS ?

Andrew is recognized as a straight-shooting leader in Lifestyle Real Estate. EARLY LIFE

Since the first time he watched Robin Leach on "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous," Andrew has been fascinated by lifestyles from all over the world. From the early years of living in New Zealand's busiest tourist-driven town of Rotorua (about 20 minutes from the shire on "Lord of the Rings"). Andrew developed a natural curiosity of what propels people to live in resort locations.

In high school, Andrew was all about the outdoors. He was raised as the New Zealand junior archery champion, six years running until he discovered mountain biking and snowboarding in 1987. The type of environment you could ski and surf or mountain bike in the same day.

Learning valuable lessons about competition, hard work, and the art of enjoying your environment through sports and photography, Andrew left New Zealand for the U.S. with less than $83.00 in his pocket.

*Short story - he spent all his savings hopping around the Hawaiian islands before making it to the mainland U.S. - Lesson learned.*

EARLY CAREER

In 1992, Andrew landed in Denver, Colorado, with his backpack, mountain bike, $83.00 to his name, and a warm bench in the Denver YMCA lobby to sleep on.

Andrew spent every available moment traveling throughout the rocky mountain west. In summer 1996, Andrew drove directly to Los Angeles via Canada, which any real Kiwi would.

Once again, Andrew arrived in another city with no connections. During the first few months, he cooked his meals with camping equipment in someone's back yard off of Mulholland Drive.

As many do in Los Angeles, it made sense to enter the studio system. For the next nine years, Andrew spent extended hours creating a niche for himself as a right-hand confidante with some of the most influential players in the business and working on some of the most well-known films in various roles from casting, sound-tracks, production and story development, and the executive suite. Working 80+ hours a week took its toll.

In November 2000, Andrew had a catastrophic asthma attack, which rendered him to ICU, in a coma, and on life support.

Shortly after, Andrew and his wife, Harmony, created an escape plan. They took a 3-month vacation to a small Caribbean island. A week later, they said two "expletive" words and stayed.

REAL ESTATE CAREER

In 2005, Andrew entered the world of lifestyle real estate in the small niche for those relocating to a lifestyle, second homes, or vacation property.

Andrew quickly discovered some very unethical practices in the industry as a whole. Not just in local business, but through his interaction with agents from around the world.

In 2013, with his wife Harmony and two children, they emigrated back stateside to Park City, Utah. He initially joined Sotheby's before accepting an invitation to pursue real estate through a truly international luxury brand of Engel & Völkers Park City as the first advisor invited into the firm away from Sotheby's International Realty. A brilliant decision!

Over the years, Andrew has seen and witnessed some really 'interesting' business practices. Andrew continues to witness a massive disconnect between top real estate agents and 87% of people who use the first agent they speak to without due diligence.

In 2016 Andrew authored the book "Castle to Kingdom." He founded Kealink.com to help protect buyer and seller interests by sourcing and referring the top 4% of real estate agents with proven performance and excellence across Rocky Mountain Locations.

Now living in Palm Beach County, Florida, Andrew continues to provide his services as a Senior Real Estate Advisor through Engel & Völkers.

In addition, Andrew continues to provide his world class network of equally experienced real estate advisors in lifestyle markets through his platform; Kealink.com. PERSONAL LIFE

Andrew is a family man, married for 20 years to Harmony. They have two children born in the Caribbean, and have lived in multiple towns, cities, states, countries, and continents. Until recently, Park City, Utah, was their home for nine-years until their move back to the beach of Delray, Florida.

Andrew continues to be highly involved in his children's life, and although switching mountain biking, snowboarding and donating his time to coach football (soccer), he has now jumped into Florida focused lifestyles with surf, sand and sun.

Andrew and Harmony are active in the non-profit Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R) which exists to rescue children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation around the United States and Internationally.

Harmony is a Postpartum Doula. She consults and helps educate mothers with their newborn while providing on-hand and emotional support through her vast experience.
